the link below came to me as a discourse on aging by jane fonda. from my perspective it is about the benefits of repatterning.
*
even the term: neuro repatterning, which i’ve devotedly pursued for the last two decades, is limiting. in truth the repatterning is emotional, neuro, dna and soul. couple that with repatterning on the physical level, i.e. detoxification of the poisons we’ve collected and are, much to our demise, unaware of will produce vastly different outcomes from what we are used to seeing and experiencing on both the personal and societal levels.
*
the positive results of such devotion are many, maturity in beauty, wisdom and control, being just one of them.
*
in our culture we see elders all around us decaying into decrepitude and have become programed to expect such as a natural part of life. in other cultures and countries it can be the extreme opposite where elders are shinning, beauties as angels and very important and productive contributors to family and society.
*
what i’ve come to determine for myself is that either you choose to be responsible for your repatterning, i.e. cleaning, on all levels, physical by what you eat & movement, emotional, psychological, etc., or life will do it for you in the form of disease.
*
i chose to take responsibility for my reality… and willing decent into decrepitude and obsolescence is not a part of that picture.
*
jane is great, enjoy her insight :)
